On-Site Services

On-site services covers activities like installation, service, maintenance and repair of the office equipment products to our customer round the clock.

On-Line Services

On-line services covers remote activities like, Printer, Driver, Firmware Installation and software solutions.

TAT
(Turn Around Time - 2 hours)

For hardware, the time between submission of the failure notice and the start of corrective action at the customer is called TAT or Response time. Our standard response time is 2-4 hours based on standard office hours

Resolution Time (8 hours hours)

For hardware, our normal resolution time is 8 hours max based on standard office hours. In case of delay a standby unit provide on-site to customer to cater their business need.

Pro-active Services

Imagetech Solution provides its Device Monitoring App to its contract customers for Pro-active services. The quality of services can be increased by using online device monitoring tools. Proactively get Error, Consumable supply notification & real time meter count.
